Comfort

Residence Hermitage offers fully renovated Comfort accommodation (without air conditioning) with balcony or french balcony (depth 50 cm). They are equipped with new supplies, kitchen with induction plate, oven, safe, telephone, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The types are Comfort Studio for two people, Two-room Comfort apartment for four people and Three-room Comfort apartment for 6 people.

Studios

Studio for 2 people with french balcony (depth 50 cm): one room apartment with living room, double sofa bed, fully equipped induction kitchenette with oven, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Two-room apartments

Two-room apartment for 4 people with balcony or french balcony (depth 50 cm): bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped induction kitchenette with oven, bathroom with shower and hairdryer.

Three-room apartments

Three-room apartment for 6 people with large balcony: bedroom with double bed, second bedroom with double bed, living room with double sofa bed and fully equipped induction kitchenette with oven, two private bathrooms with shower and hairdryer.

PRICES
The prices presented in the tables are intended for a full week, from Saturday to Saturday, and vary according to the period of the season. The cost of the apartment includes VAT, hot water, gas, electricity and weekly linen change (excluding beach towel). The apartments are also equipped with a hairdryer.
RESERVATION AND DEPOSIT
The deposit to be paid in advance to confirm the booking is equal to 30% of the cost of the entire stay, non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Check-in (registration) takes place every Saturday from 15:00 to 18:30.
It is possible to arrive up to 20:00 by paying a supplement of € 35.00, but kindly informing us first by phone or e-mail. Upon arrival, the balance of the stay and € 100.00 as a cash deposit will be required, which will be returned at the end of the holiday, except for any damage
Check-out (departure) must be done by 10:00 on Saturday morning of the last day. For those who need an early check-out (departure before 09:00), it is possible to arrange it with a supplement of € 35.00.
CLEANING THE APARTMENT
The apartment must be left clean. For those who wish to request the final cleaning service, the cost is € 30.00 for the one-room apartments, € 40.00 for the two-room apartments and € 50.00 for the three-room apartments. Also on request, midweek cleaning can also be performed for a fee.
FOUR-LEGGED FRIENDS
In the Comfort category apartments, pets are not allowed.
However, the structure offers other types of accommodation as an alternative, where 4-legged friends can access, in compliance with the rules of hygiene and general quiet.
PARKING AREA
Private outdoor parking space (not guarded but with video surveillance) available with reservations required. Availability is subject to availability and it is possible to accept only one car per apartment.

ADDITIONAL BED
For a camping cot (suitable for children up to 3/4 years of age) complete with a set of sheets, the cost is € 25.00 per week.
